Yes! All of our wooden furniture is handmade and can be built to suit your needs! We can order your item(s) in the dimensions and finish you choose to fit your space and style

No, ordering a specific finish or design doesn’t necessarily cost more. All the pricing for the wooden furniture is based on materials and labor. The price generally is more if the piece is made larger or with more details. The price could also be more if the finish is a lacquer or a poly-coat as this requires more material and labor. If the item is smaller or in a wax finish instead of a clear coat the price could also be less than the original piece.

Most recently, in Q1 of 2022 the workforce in Mexico has not been as plentiful as in past years and our contacts have struggled to find carpenters and workers. Orders are currently taking from 16 to 20 weeks to complete and be delivered to San Angelo. We are hopeful that this situation will improve, and we will see better lead times through the Spring and Summer.

Historically our builders in Mexico need 8 to 10 weeks to complete a customer order. It may also take another couple weeks for the item to arrive in San Angelo. Smaller orders can be available sooner and larger orders, as well as orders with specific materials, may take longer.

To place an order with the builders we require a half down deposit. The remaining balance will be due once the item(s) arrive to San Angelo or upon delivery to you address.

Yes! We can place your item(s) on layaway with a half down deposit and you are allowed 60 days to pay it off. If the balance due is not paid in the 60 days we may place the item(s) back out for sale and store the deposit paid on the item(s) as a credit on your Casa Décor account.

All items purchased can be return in like new condition for store credit with in 90 days.
